Marketing Associate- Internship 160- 180 hours

The activities and responsibilities are listed below; the main event the intern will work on for our Fashion-media, publishing dept.  The intern will have a designated area to work whenever he or she is in the office.

Duties may include:
- Assist with all responsibilities associated with any other upcoming events
- Prepare for, attend and participate in meetings with staff
- Helps prepare marketing materials for clients including Media Kits, promotional cards, and sponsorship letters and magazine marketing material.
- May be required to drive to customers place of business.
- Initiate and follow-up calls to potential sponsors for our events.
- Must be willing to visit our customers and provide all information to    sponsors.
- The person (s) will work in and out of our main office in Orlando.
- Will also work together with our team scouting and registering new models.
- The person(s) must be versatile and willing to gain experience in sales, marketing,
- Will update, myspace-facebook page (s)

Marketing Office Assistant – Internship 160-180 hours

Media and publications.
- The person (s) must have good organizational skills, must be office savvy.
- The person (s) must be enrolled in a regular University and needing an Internship.
- The person (s) must have PC knowledge, Office; Photoshop (will be helpful).
- Good office skills, multitasking.
- Must be willing to work part-time Tues-Fri- 1:00pm- 4:00pm

Graphic Designer Jr.- Internship- 160-180 hours
Publication- Modeling Agency
Assist Design staff in creating new ideas for graphic arts and publications. Must be able to work with web-templates and be able to work with deadlines and assigned work.
Skills Needed for Interns:
- Interested in public relations and event planning and sales & marketing our products.
- Organized with good time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Publisher and Adobe Photoshop (will be helpful)
- Works well independently and in small group settings
- Preferred experience in marketing, public relations or event marketing preferred
